I have reinstalled everything but the app won’t let me add Uber app as default. It can’t see it

Hi i am using iPhone 13. I try to sign up but when it’s going to verify number they open safari and came back to application mentioned error verification. Kindly fixed it or show the solution.

Broken app
Linked my Uber account and it automatically accepted a ping that literally won’t go away. It’s been 5-6 hours since it happened it won’t go away. Cancel it, accept it. Nothing changes it. I’m stuck on the offer screen and any 5-10 seconds I get when the ping goes away it won’t me go offline at all. App just automatically turns the tab back online every time I click to go offline.
And most importantly there’s no support whatsoever. App has no support to help you fix it
