Where do I purchase
I have won 2 auctions and don’t know how to pay for them or how to receive them and there is no customer service

The prices are good, but that’s just cause it’s a scam, this don’t ship your item unless you request a shipping and no where does it say that they won’t ship unless you request it and you must pick them up in person. And they charged a restocking fee of %15

No email for customer service located in app. In fact, no customer service info at all on website. Seems kinda shady to me.
Box deals are dumb
They were a great facility until they just started throwing box deals together... this isn’t suppose to be a dirt cheap $10 buggy, you get what you get, kinda deal.... come on guys.
Heard great things about but small problem
My girlfriend’s dad is always buying products from the auctions and he always gets a good deal. He told me about it and I wanted to try it out. The only problem is that it won’t accept my debt MasterCard. It keeps saying it’s declined. I enter the information correctly but it won’t accept it. I called my bank to make sure my card was activated and it is. Thinking it might be the app, I went to their website to enter it there ,but it still was declined. I would love to use the app to stock up on household products for when I move back to college.

Melted
I won an auction for a large bag of miniature Reese’s peanut butter cups. Picked them up this week and they were melted.
I put the bag in the fridge and waited a couple of days. Tried to enjoy today and the foil was melted into the top of the candies.
Had to use tweezers to attempt to remove the foil... too much of a hassle...chunked it all into the big green garbage can.
Lost $6.42. Won’t buy any candy from this place again.

Rip Off. Don’t send money here.
Paid for two items and received an invoice stating that I have to pick it up. I live in California so there is no way for me to pick it up across the United States, I emailed and I received no response, I called and the cell phone doesn’t have a voicemail to leave a message. In my email I requested to let me know how much it would cost to ship to me, because that’s what the invoice said. No response. I’m also reading that there is a no refund policy. This is a rip off. Don’t buy from this guy.

Worst app by far !! It’s so annoying that you let all the employees have first pick and they can get what they want and not be limited to it ! They can sit there and brag about all this stuff they get but shouldn’t you be fair and let your loyal customers be the first ones but no ?? App is so crap! Honestly something needs to be done about this behavior and employees!
