ALMACENAMIENTO DATOS
El sistema de borrado de datos es confuso y además no hay manera de borrar todos los archivos generados durante los escaneos. La única manera de borrar todos los datos es eliminando la aplicación y volviéndola a instalar.
BLK Live App Keeps Crashing

We have switch from the BLK2Go Live application to the BLK Live application and the new one keeps crashing on iPhone. Our coworker who has an android doesn’t have this issue. The scan completes fine because it is independent of the app, but when the app crashes it cannot open again, the only solution is to delete and reinstall. We did not run into this issue with the old application, hoping that it is just a new application bug that can be fixed.

Leica BLK 360 G1 user
This is a scam app. Does not work, forces people to pay for a $2k yearly subscription to use actual field 360 app. You spend $20k on a camera and they bleed you money. Use a different workflow for scanning and registration. Leica could have sooooo much business if they made this affordable especially if this is their entry lasers compared to the Leica RTC 360 which would make sense then.

Will Not Connect to Scanner
Getting data from this scanner is nearly impossible, and Leica’s software doesn’t make it any easier. With the phone connected to the scanner’s Wi-Fi network, no amount of careful entering of the login credentials will cause the app to find the scanner. Please fix this!
Nice app, but export useless
It looks like export to e57 does only unstructured scan without 360 image (tested with BLK360 G2).
Scanner does not connect
I was able to get the iPad mini connected to the Wi-Fi on the camera at which point the yellow light changes to green. However, despite several attempts and restarting the device I was not successful in getting the scanner fully connected

como puede un producto de 25000 eur tener una app adi? fallos conexion? exportacion e57 facilmente, donde? exportacion hxdr, existe? a pesar de momento trabsjo en cyclone field no es aceptsble un producto asi salga cojesndo de software o firmware, espero pronto funcione como deberia ser del prestigio de leica. Venia del BLK g1, a pesar el escaner g2 es muy interesante falta poner detras el soft se merece, y espero sea pronto 😢. Por cierto, compatibilizen con Matterport y podrian mejorar el sistema de datod o visualuzscion de leica que otros terceros hacen mejor. Espero pronto poder dar las 5 estrellas se merece y retirar este comentario. Saludos
