I have been trying to unsubscribe for 3 months. No answer from support. Had to contact my credit card company.

We apologize for any inconvenience. We noticed youâve been contacting the Support for Dr. Rounds, the previous company that was replaced by BlkBag Inc. Our current support is easily accessible using the new contact support@blkbag.app reachable from within the Mobile App, within the Portal, on our website, and from the Developer tab on the App Store. We are surprised to hear that youâve been unable to connect with us. Moreover, the subscription is readily cancelable from within the Rounds Portal under Account. Nevertheless, we do NOT save any financial information as we leverage Stripe as our credit card merchant.
