Worst Service from BLM transports.
On 4/4/2024, the BLM bus (TN02 CA1096) from Chennai to Tirunelveli dropped the passenger at Sankar nagar, 10 kilometres before the dropping point Vannarpettai in the early morning stating that the bus won’t go into Tirunelveli. When complained to the customer care, the response was very rude and till now there is no proper justification or apology from the company. Unprofessional and rude people. Worst service ever. Avoid BLM.
