App needs an upgrade badly

This app may have been acceptable five years ago for making appointments, but it has had no improvements since. It is very clunky to use and does not function fully. Made appointments rarely show up under "your appointments," so you cannot check whether you have them scheduled. Each screen shows a spinning circle indefinitely.
