App literally doesn't work. Click on a section and nothing shows up. Huge rip off.
Great information but poorly functioning app.
The content it provides is very helpful when the app actually works. It will constantly kick you off or freeze and you can’t reach the information at all when you need it.
Buggy, poor quality, nonexistent customer service
This app doesn’t work at all. None of the drop down arrows open anything at all. I’ve contacted customer service and have received nothing in return. It’s embarrassing to know my AANA dues went toward this. I expect a refund and will be pursuing this. What a sham and disappointment.
Bad Update
The original app was quick and efficient to access. Every time I try to use this app to teach a student or colleague, I have to apologize for the delayed login or worse the blank pictures of the anatomy. I am beginning to regret the outrageous cost of this app! Will not renew again.

Best content, bad App
PLEASE fix the functionality of this app! The content is the best in the industry. Better than NYSORA, block jocks or god-forbid PNB School app. But the functionality of the app is incredibly bad. Nothing works offline and it tries to sync excessively. I’ve had to repeatedly delete and reinstall the app, which only works sometimes. Now it’s just crashing my iPad. I’ve been using the app for over 4 years because the content is so good, but every time I hold my breath to see if it will launch.
Also, after fixing, a little marketing would go a long way. Those other apps are garbage, but have better marketing and social media presence. This one could rule them all after tweaking with some advertising. Godspeed

App Never Works
Every single time I need this app to review a block, there are no images or videos available, and yes I have downloaded everything. It should be working. I would say of the several attempts to use this app (when I need it the most) it has worked 1 time. For the price I paid to use it, definitely not worth the money. I wish I could get a refund. It’s garbage.

Used to work well, now useless.
I have updated this app, I tried deleting and redownloading, still no pictures. I’m a visual learner-it’s the whole point of this app. Garbage!
Can’t use
I downloaded the app. To use, it asks for log in. There is no option for me to create sign in info. I tried filling in my email, then forgot password, I get response, “no such email”. It never let me create a log in info!
Purchased this app once, then it was deleted to resell to me
Would not purchase this app again. Bought the original, then the developer realized they could make even more with monthly subscriptions and screwed over a lot of anesthesia professionals. Would not support this app.
Content is good. App is unreliable
App content is unreliable. Even after I downloaded HD photos. They still don’t show up half the time.

No pictures
Pictures stopped working. The app is updated, but it shows no visuals at all.
Unable to access app after update
After the update, my subscription is no longer active. I just paid for a year only a few months ago. I have contacted customer support twice over the last two months and have had no response.
Works well when you’re able to log in
This app logs me out frequently and then gives me an error when I try to log back in. PLEASE FIX THIS! There needs to be an option or default that keeps you logged in all the time, as this is supposed to be a quick reference resource that providers can access to treat patients effectively and efficiently.

This app was highly recommended however…
I can’t even open the app to create an account. The only thing the app allows me to do is login which is unhelpful since I don’t have an account. I am happy to remove/change my rating if this problem can be fixed.
Can’t log in
Never had opportunity to set up account, get log in screen and can’t open app at all. Useless. Email for help doesn’t work, bounces back. JOKE.
Worst app ever
This resource is not cheap. I can rarely access it so I don’t even know if the content is good or bad. I’ve had to email them to access it. So if you want a easy access app when you need it, this is the worst. You are better off buying NYSORA and the ASRA apps.

I’ve had the opportunity to use this app and it’s easy to use and has good material. Also love this was developed by a CRNA
Essential for SRNAs
As an incoming SRNA, this app has been a huge help in preparing myself for what’s to come. It is comprehensive, easy to follow along, convenient, and extremely informative! It is like taking an entire course on blocks all on its own. It will be a handy go to resource for me as a student and future CRNA!
