Overly grindy and ads trivialize major gameplay
The game has a lot contents gathered from previous block fortress game and has a lot of quality of life improvements. However, most contents are locked for low lvl. Gaining lvl is way too grindy, and the grind is just pointless. The champion mode is kind of too slow paced and you do not get enough resource unless you watch ads or buy the ads-free pass which cost irl money. Btw i don’t think it’s intended but the retry option turn into reset when choose to not watch ads. The other complaints of the game: the troops ai are way too terrible. The water planet with pollution champion mode just shows the developers have not played their game enough. The control panel is bad (there is no rearrange option). The missions mode are hard because you can’t see anything and need to remember everything. The targeter should show enemy type, otherwise it just block your view of the target. The combat upgrade should not be using global resource. The first time i played it, i thought the upgrade is global, so i upgraded everything, the game became insanely eazy. Then I move to next stage realizing they are all gone, and i could use the global resource to get global stuffs instead. In contrary, the game becames extreme unbalanced if no global resource is dumped on those upgrades. Overall, even though the game has great potential, I do think the developers kinda ruin the game for ads and pointless grind.

Very good game
Block fortress played a huge, I mean massive role in my childhood, I woke up from a dream and remember the game and I saw they made a second one, I’ve loved every bit of it so far

The game is just hard to play my towers and weapons do so little damage the enemies do so much damage to my buildings they for some reason melee enemies can do this:

And my towers can’t do anything about this also you can’t move buildings so you have to delete it but you get half the resources used to build it another trash mechanic is if you die you have to go back all the back to the start of the level

Better than 1!
Overall this is definitely an improvement from 1. A few things are missing in sandbox mode, but other than that. Highly recommend to download.
Garbage
I’m disgusted with how much time I spent on this junk game. Just like all their games it’s gets stupid hard. It was fun until they have units that shoot a fireball in a straight line that completely destroy everything in its path. Can counter them with snipers but they hit you at night and took out my whole damn base. Hit retry thinking it would retry the level but instead it restarted the whole world I was on. 38 waves I did gone just like that. Wtf. Never will I play one of your games again. Thank you for making garbage.

Ads kill the game
The game would be fun but watching 5 minutes worth of ads in between rounds to get your resources is a total game killer

I wasn't even expecting this game, but they did it again! One of my favorite games on mobile made better.

Ads and cheap mechanics
Expect to watch a hundred ads to make progress. And enemies spawn on your base so it doesn't matter how much effort you put into building defenses
Good but needs some balancing and improvements
I love this game it’s a major improvement over the first however some enemies need to be nerfed
1. Immortals should have a set limit of how many blockoids it spawns at a time and a cool down, often times because they are constantly spawning allies and if they get caught in a situation where everything is focused on them it causes some severe issues with all the rendering needed to be done
2,disintegrators,annihilators and fire bearers should only spawn one at a time same regardless of whether or not the equivalent on a different race is active so when one dies another spawns in after a cool down
3. Jumpers shouldn’t be able to jump halfway across the map to your barracks or banner or at least add some sort of anti air weapon or turret to counter them
4.brutes dear god they need to be nerfed it takes forever to kill one to get it to split
5. Have special conditions like fog,pollution,pitch black etc effect enemies and not just the players
6. Make holo guns self heating as well as flamethrowers and melt guns
Because holo guns and supposed to be for stealth but they are nullified on artic planets especially when it’s foggy when they can be crucial
7. Make the targeter mods bypass the effects of fog allowing the respective turret to keep its original range
8. Allow any light blocks and detectors to remove fog in its respective range and help guns see through fog as well
9. Decrease the price needed to upgrade global mods

That was so cool
That game look so cool. I can play this game and shoot some enemies and you will shoot them off. You can see that game looks new and you will play it. Either do I did for this game for the action you can defend it. And play tutorial.

I have been having a lot of fun so far with this game as it is very addictive, there is a lot of customisation which is fun the only thing I wish they would add would be co-op so I could play with my friends :)
Remove ad is too expensive
As the title say. The game is not playable without vip account, and the price is 10 dollar, which is rather high

Ignore the extra stuff they added the campaign is like a better version of the first

The game is pretty good but the game itself is not exceptionally good and would have been 4 star if the was something bad, there is no issues with the game so it gets 5 stars because there is no reason not to
Minecraft with guns
I always loved this game back when I was a kid and now that I’m back I’m enjoying it even more hopefully more people can experience this cool game

This game is amazing so I genuinely can’t imagine why you would take so long to make the 2nd game.
