Latest update seems to have made it the normal money making as all these type of games. Used to get so many free boosters every week just for playing.

Stopped working a few months back, lost my purchased points. Don’t bother!
Not working!
I start a level, it says I have 58 seconds, I move one block and it says I’m out of time. Repeat, repeat until I’m out of lives. Watching an ad doesn’t work. Uninstalling.
Broken at level 193
If you move a piece at this level it puts a time is up message and you can't play game at all. They won't fix bug despite contacting support. Actually sent me an email whining that people should stop sending messages about the problem as they already know about it. Then fix it! It's been a few months with no fix for this.

Love this game but is is broken!!! It needs to be fixed as it is frozen and therefore repetitive.

I really enjoy this game but for the past few weeks it has not worked. When you open a level, it shows a negative amount of time to complete the level. So your out of time before you can make even one move. I don’t want to uninstall the game because I have purchased boosters that I’m afraid I’ll lose. Please repair!

I’m not sure what happened, but this game no longer works. I go to make my first move and it says I’m out of time, even though I’m really not.
Not Working, Despite Update
Liked this game, after experimenting with similar games, this one was the best. Paid to have annoying ads removed.
A few weeks ago game stopped working (timer at -55 seconds so stops as soon as a block is moved). Apparent update 2 weeks ago did not change anything.
Would have given in 4 star before (-1 because the games are somewhat repetitive) now 2 because of lack of care by creators of the app, but since they did respond to my message about the problem I did not give it a 1.

They seem to have stopped new levels
Too bad
I enjoy this app even though sometimes the puzzles are repetitive but now I can’t even play. The timer runs out as soon as I try to make a move. If this is fixed, I’ll revise this.

For almost a month, there is a glitch in the game where once you move a block to start the clock, the game is over
Can’t play
I am having the same issue others have mentioned. Game starts at negative seconds, and as soon as you touch one tile, the game ends. I clicked on the thing to watch a video, and it kept deducting clones, but never showed the video.
Level 292
I love this game but something happened on level 292. The clock shows -56.00 and won’t let me play. It opened up that way. Please fix. I’m addicted to this game

UPDATE: As of today I’m not able to play. The timer starts out at a negative 50 or so (-58). Impossible to move. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling and not only did it not fix the problem but set me back to level 1. Stars down to 2. Very disappointing!
This is the best block busting game that I have found but I find that my levels keep resetting. I will get to level 300 and am eligible to play in the crown game but then the next day I am back down to level 156. I thought it was a glitch at first but it keeps happening. I want to continue to move up the ladder in levels but the game won’t let me. And there isn’t any link to customer service in the game or even any instructions. If this were fixed or I could get a resolution, I would up this to 5 stars.

I purchased a hammer and fan package and it did not drop
Took money, did not give boosters
This game is addictive. I was playing and bought boosters. Three times I did not get the booster I paid for. Deleted app and reinstalled. Will see if this fixes issue.

Liked the game until level 133
I really liked the game but once I get to level 133 the timer goes to Finish. Tried to delete and start over. Same thing.
