Absurd ads
After a level ad runs in a continuous doom loop. Greedy people.
Freezes / event doesn’t work
Generally fun but too many long ads if you want more coins. Game freezes & the event/journey tab doesn’t do anything. Daily games to get rid of gems is fun but that’s only 2 a day.

After updating the app I Can’t listen to music or YouTube while playing the game. Most likely won’t be playing anymore.

Lame Algorithm
This game just gives long pieces, squares, and L shapes until you’re almost toast and switches it up just enough at the last moment to justify continual play. All this to spur the need to watch ads for more coins. It’s stupidly obvious. Lame. Do better.

I enjoy playing this game but it will not let me do the event It’s like it’s frozen please fix the problem
No App Support from Game Developer
Update: There is still no response from developer…no way to contact and obviously no response here to me or anyone else it seems, so we keep 1 star. Also the game keeps asking me to update…it is a scam ad that looks like an app update; I have seen this on other apps. The “update” version advertised is not this game…similar but from a different developer. Just a scam ad posing as an update to lure players into downloading a new game. Beware!

The little time I played it seemed fun, but I have not had enough time to see a problem….well except one glaring issue, hence the one star. I see no way to contact support for help with this app. There appears to be no link on the app and none on the app listing on the App Store. There should be a way to contact developer if players have a question or a concern.

UPDATE YOUR PRODUCT!! Cannot PLAY!
I used to obsessively play this game and had bought a subscription but they haven't made an update in 4+ months!! and during that four months period of time, you can only do the daily puzzle or create your own.
NONE of the JOURNEYS WORK!! THE JOURNEY GAMES was the reason for me paying a monthly fee!!!
You put out a new one every week and I have missed getting to play these so badly, I canceled my subscription. I'm probably going to just delete the app.

I really enjoy the game and now I can’t do the event. What happened please. I can’t get support either. Just be aware people
Used to be so great…
I absolutely loved this game! I played it every day and every event which were so fun! Sadly, a few months ago the events stopped working and after much hesitation, I finally deleted the app (and all my achievements in it) in the hopes to fix it and it still doesn’t work. Please, please fix this! I miss playing this game!

What happened
Really enjoy playing this app. Liked playing their Event game and getting points to be able to change the orientation of the pieces. Then one day, the events stopped working. I deleted the app, lost my points and reinstalled. The Event games still will not work. What happened? Hope they fix it, I enjoyed going up step by step with each step getting harder up to step 48.

Same review played for years. Now can’t play the journey. So disappointing
App not working
So I really liked this app but was tired of the ads. I went ahead and paid to get rid of the ads and the game stopped working. It keeps telling me there is a new game but when I select it there’s a countdown counter that never seems to hit 0 so you can play. Going to ask for my money back.
