Stupidity above and beyond the call of duty

Act one ;Scene two— the player has successfully entered all 3 blocks into an already full screen. The game then pulls up another 3 blocks that clearly will not fit anywhere and proceeds to tell you that you lose. Who’s the moron who thought that up?
