The customer service is horrible, Mila and Luna need to be replaced. The game is a scam and there’s no replay available. The game glitches and closes unexpectedly and you will receive no help from the agents that clearly know nothing about having customer service skills.

This game doesn't give you money; on the contrary, it tricks you into linking your PayPal account so they can steal your money.

I usually love Avia games. However, this one was terrible. I actually made two small deposits. I cashed out 10$ never received it bc they had banned my account. I contacted customer service. They couldn’t give me a reason why my account was banned. They’re obviously just too tight to come off 10 bucks after wasting my time. SMH

Not a good app.
I won 77 dollars and once I cashed out, my account was banned and I was never sent my money. Not to mention I had funds still on the account as well. The app shut me down in the middle of a match and all of sudden I am banned. I have several of the other games from this company and have never had any issues. The customer service was horrible and nothing has been addressed or fixed.

For the fact you admitted you would be changing the ways of money out of MY account with or without my knowledge was already a red flag. Change the way you word it cause that was a MAJOR red flag. I read terms and conditions. I should not have to worry if I am going to get a false charge on my account. Sorry. Not sorry. Not only that but I do not think you need ALL of my information to be playing your game. You don’t need my name or where I live. That’s creepy. It’s a game. Yes it has “money making” value but I didn’t even scroll long enough before I started noticing that you don’t need half of that information. Not even PAYPAL needed all that. You don’t need my credit card information. That. Is weird. If this is a game for money making. Why do YOU need MY information that is VERY personal and not to mention. It’s questionable
Idk if it’s just me but every time when I hit like 9 or 11 dollars on the game, it randomly throws me random blocks and the board would already be filled with blocks in weird places, and I’d just constantly lose money and have to go through hell just to see 10 dollars again, it’s not a bad game but u can see where I’m skeptical cuz how is it when I hit a certain amount the game gets unfair🤷🏾♂️ then again it could just be me tho🤔

Love The Game.. But.. Can’t Cash Out..
this game is honestly one of my favorites and it’s a really good game.. but every time I make money, it keeps telling me that the money I’m making is “non-withdrawal”.. I earned five dollars from playing the game and out of that five dollars. All of it is non-withdrawal and zero of it is withdrawal… so basically no matter how much I play. I’m never gonna make any withdrawal money… so I’ll never be able to cash out pretty much and every single cent I make I won’t be able to withdraw it ..which defeats the purpose of the game..

I’ve played a ton of block puzzle games and real-money apps, and this one is honestly a breath of fresh air. It’s great to finally find a game where I can actually use my skills to win some cash.🤑 The visual design is way more polished than the traditional block games I’m used to—it just looks and feels smoother. The levels feel fair (not rigged), and grinding through them is super addictive. One request for the devs: I’d love to see some new modes added in the future, maybe some collection events or power-up mechanics? That would be awesome. If you’re into block puzzles, definitely give this a shot. Can’t wait to see the next update!🤠
