Something I’ve needed for a long time
I’ve been lucky enough to have career coaching paid for by my job a few times, and each time it was life-changing. I really enjoyed it as well.

I have used ChatGPT, Claude, and probably Gemini too for coaching, and the honest truth is that none of them are built to do that. They try their best, but it's simply not what they were designed to do.
Blomma is really amazing, beautifully designed, and my favorite part is that it closes the gap between those in tech roles that are given the opportunity to get coaching or can afford it and the rest of us who can't. I actually was very lucky to get some coaching from some amazing humans throughout my career, and it made a huge difference for me!
I'm no longer in a position where I can afford that. It's fantastic to have Blomma to help me set goals, stay accountable, and push through the complex challenges that I face working in tech.

What I really enjoy about this is that it is an actual conversation. It breaks down a generic questions into smaller, manageble pieces, and love the goal setting feature! Will definitely use more!
