I remember having this game when i was a kid and i loved it, im so glad it is exactly how i remember
Awesome game
This game is super nostalgic to me and is an overall great game. Recently I was trying to climb the leaderboards and become top one with stars and I realized something about the game. The mobile version doesn't have the special stages. I just wanted to bring that up to the devs for them to hopefully add them to the game. Overall an awesome game, and I hope they update and add the special stages.

Itโs as good as it used to be but what happened to checkpoints?
Enjoyable but thereโs a lot of issues
This is definitely one of my favorite iPhone games I have played. The animations are smooth, the pixel art is clean, and the music is nice.
There are a lot of issues with this however. The levels are really difficult to get 100% on, mainly because of the complexity of some of the special stars, placement of other specific items, and the amount of hazards scattered about (Icy Wastes was super difficult to 100% because of the blue shooting plants). I appreciate the blue flowers indicating the special stars, but some of them are still really difficult to get to (I literally had to look up guides for some of them).
The last thing I need to discuss is the star balloon in Sky Fortress-1. Youโre required to defeat a snail on the left and kick its shell to the right to bounce to the high platform. But the balloon is always offscreen no matter how fast you attempt to do it, making this balloon literally impossible to reach. Iโm not sure if this is some issue with the device Iโm using or a bug with the game, but either way this needs to be changed somehow.
The fact that that particular balloon is impossible has steered me away from playing this game. Iโve gotten 100% on every level so far, but now Iโve reached Sky Fortress-1, and Iโve basically just stopped there.
Due to 5-1โs balloon being unreachable, I have no other choice but to stop playing the game due to it being ruined because of it.

My childhood
Best mobile game ever. Please make a third one. And I grew up with this game and I just started playing it again. 5-5
Great game, fun, and challenging
Some advice to developers: it would be so much better if you would let the kid have some type of weapon (or earn it). Also, itโs humanly impossible to finish before the timer goes off. Thatโs super frustrating and annoying. This review wouldnโt let me tap on the stars so Iโm giving it 4 stars, (just so you know).

This game was my actual childhood, and I could never beat it, but I finally did, so I just want to say this game was the best game of my childhood 10/10
There COULD be some changesโฆ
I really like this game BUTโฆ for example you can die on a slope and then go to a level and flyโฆ it doesnโt work out all the timeโฆ Also it has a good challenge to it BUTโฆ the mine cart levels are too HARD (I canโt even get past the first one.)

It is impossible to get all the stars in Sky Fortress 1 on the iPhone, from experience and from reading about it. The balloon at the end of the stage floats away before you can reach it. You are supposed to be able to kick the snail shell to the right and then jump up to the higher platform, but with the screen resolution as it is, this is impossible.
I have collected all the stars in every single level up until this point, which was not particularly easy to do; but now sadly I must delete this app before going any further, since my main objective was to complete the game 100%.
BESIDES THAT this game was very enjoyable. Both Bloo Kid 1 and Bloo Kid 2 have an inclination towards puzzles that are slightly too difficult to the point of being annoying (again talking about collecting 100% stars), but I sometimes like being challenged in that way. Generally speaking, itโs an imaginative, very fun game.

Call this a rip off all you want
This is actually insane and the music and level design is all creative man this is actually better then all the games back In the 90s
