When I first downloaded the game it’s like not loading and I just see black and blue on the ground

it didnt boot up
during the intro it stopped the game and i didnt know what to do

I’m stuck on the loading screen, nothing seems to work.
This game had so much potential.
instead of a "fruit ninja" type game the zombie should have been walking. therefore giving you time to satisfyingly slice their limbs off
