Exactly the same pulse and oxygen level for every day for over a month. How is that possible?

I have several ways to keep track of my daytime Spo2. What this one could use is a place for a note with each entry. It's important that I keep track of conditions related to each reading.

I have been using this for some time without any problems until recently. It’s just stopped working. It flickers and freezes, obviously needs an update.
Just unusable currently. It’s been 2-3 months I thought give it time and the developer would fix it, they haven’t.

I downloaded this app in the belief it was an aid to measure blood oxygen. Instead I have been enrolled to stripeyoffers.com and being charged £1.50 per text for alerts of offers sent.
