IMPORTANT: An iPhone alone cannot measure blood oxygen. Automatic SpO2 import requires a compatible Apple Watch or a pulse oximeter whose app writes readings to Apple Health. Blood-oxygen features and availability vary by device, country, and region. You can also log readings manually and estimate your heart rate using the iPhone camera.
