About

Blood Pressure & Weight Log makes it easy to log, track, and understand your blood pressure and weight over time. Quick Logging Switch between Blood Pressure and Weight at the top of the form. Log systolic, diastolic, heart rate, and arm (left/right) using smooth scroll pickers, or log your weight in kg or lb. Add optional notes to any reading, and each form pre-fills from your last entry so repeat readings are quick. Interactive Charts Blood pressure and weight each have their own chart. Drag across a chart to read any day's average, with heart rate alongside blood pressure. Filter by 7 days, 30 days, or all time. History & Categories Browse your readings and weights grouped by day, and swipe to delete anything logged by mistake. Every blood pressure reading is automatically classified into AHA categories — Normal, Elevated, Stage 1, Stage 2, or Crisis — so you always know where you stand. Apple Health Integration Readings you save are copied into the Apple Health app, blood pressure and body mass alike. BPstats is write-only: it never reads your health data back out. Your data stays on your device — nothing is uploaded to any server. Daily Reminders Set a daily notification to remind you to take your reading at a time that works for you. Themes Pick from nine colour themes in Settings, from the classic red to teal, purple or a plain iOS look, in light and dark mode. Export Your Data Export everything as CSV, TXT, or PDF, with blood pressure and weight in a single combined table. Perfect for sharing with your doctor or keeping your own records. Privacy First All data is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. No accounts, no sign-ups, no analytics, no cloud, and no third-party SDKs. Your health data never leaves your phone.
