My formal complaint
Your app is an absolute fake and all you have been doing is keep on charging for unauthorized subscription fee.
I’m now filling a written complaint to the state attorney’s office for the fraudulent business practice and absolute fraudulent advertisement.
I have been requesting the refund of so called
annual subscription fee
of $39 dollars that you charged my bank account without my authorization but you have been ignoring my demand and you have not responded to any of my request to cancel your subscription and to refund the subscription fee thus far.

Please rest assured that our app does not charge users without authorization, and subscriptions can be canceled at any time. You can cancel your subscription by following these steps on your iPhone: Settings → Tap your name → Subscriptions → Select the subscription → Cancel Subscription. If you still have trouble, please visit Apple's support page: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT202039. We also noticed that the subscription amount you mentioned does not seem to match the pricing in our app. Could you please send us a screenshot of your subscription details page via Settings → Feedback in the app?
