When we hit the senior level, we can relax about having a 120/80 bp reading. Many GOOD practitioners recommend it in the 130-140/80-90. BP puts those #s in the increased category. I feel just fine within those numbers.
Very useful!
It was a great too until it keep trying to get me to sign up for a tracker of some kind. It will not allow me to enter the App to record my current reading without having to re-boot my phone.

as of 7/3/2026 the pop up ads will NOT CLOSE making the app useless! …. no previous results can be seen …. no new results can be added …..

I upgraded to pro version but ads did not stop
Completely Useless
After using this app for several years enduring deceptive ads that said my phone had a virus, etc. the program started popping up a blank page with no way to clear it instead of an add. So, no longer usable. When I deleted it and reinstalled it lost all the data. Still didn’t work. I’m now using the Garmin connect app for my Blood Pressure data.

Needs update
I love this application but the last 2 weeks the advertising is blocking the windows to enter the information into the application. You can’t close the advertisement to get around it.

Showed this app to my Cardiologist and he liked it! Use it twice a day to record BP.
Become unusable
On newer iPhones this app now throws up a white advertising window that blocks any use. Even when you select the “watch ads and get 48 hours without advertising” option it throws up an empty white window. It’s become completely unusable. The ads are so intrusive it’s no longer worth using on my device. Now looking for a more reliable app.
