About

Blood Sugar Diary is a place to keep your glucose readings and turn them into something a doctor can actually use. You read the number off your own meter and type it in. The app tells you where it sits against published targets, keeps the history, and turns it into a single page you can hand over at your next appointment. WHAT IT DOES Understand the number Every reading is placed against the American Diabetes Association targets for people with diabetes, or against the ADA diagnostic ranges if you are tracking before any diagnosis. You choose which table, and the app names the one it used. mg/dL or mmol/L, whichever your meter shows. Context that makes a reading make sense Fasting, before a meal, after a meal, bedtime. Tag a reading in one tap, like after exercise or stressed, and add a note for insulin, carbs or anything else you want your doctor to see. Your averages, honestly Average, lowest, highest, time in range and the change against the period before, over 7, 14, 30 or 90 days. Averages by context and by tag, so "165 after pizza" sits beside your overall average. An estimated A1C once there is enough data to be honest about, clearly marked as an estimate and not a lab result. One page for your doctor Share a PDF straight from the share sheet: every reading grouped by day and context, your averages, and the range table used. Or export everything as a CSV. Reminders that know when to stop A reminder stays quiet on a day you have already logged that half of the day. WHAT IT DOES NOT DO It does not measure your blood sugar. No phone can, and no app on a phone can. You need a meter. This app is the notebook, not the instrument. It does not diagnose anything and it does not tell you what to take. It places numbers against a published table and prints them. Talk to your doctor about what to do. YOUR DATA STAYS ON YOUR PHONE There is no account and no sign-up. Your readings are never uploaded, and there is no server holding them. No advertising, and no tracking of any kind. If you buy Pro, Apple handles the payment and a service called RevenueCat checks whether it is active. It sees a random identifier and the receipt, never a reading, a date or a note. FREE, AND PAID Entering readings, your full history, every statistic, both range tables, both units, tags, notes and reminders are free, and stay free. They are never locked. Pro adds the doctor-ready PDF and the CSV export. You are shown the offer at most twice, and never more than that. No ads, ever. PRO Pro Monthly, $2.99 per month. Pro Yearly, $9.99 per year. Pro Lifetime, $19.99 once. Prices are for the United States; elsewhere the local Apple price is shown before you buy. Monthly and yearly are subscriptions. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm. A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel it in your Apple Account settings. Lifetime is a single payment and never renews.
