The new event
Hi I would like to start by saying the game is awesome but it looks like I’m having some trouble for the boss raid it says the items where claimed with the check mark for the boss raid getting it to a certain percent in the game but I never received them in my bag or through my mail for the game. My gamer tag is SunGodLuffy513 and the alliance is Blackflag. Let me know what is happening.

Dear Captain Thank you for your valuable feedback! Alliance members will receive individual rewards from boss raid. Rare drops may appear when the boss’s HP reaches 70%, 40%, and 0%. These rewards can be claimed from alliance currency exchanging. Rewards are sent at a fixed time each day. The new event
Hi I would like to start by saying the game is awesome but it looks like I’m having some trouble for the new adventure event that’s going on is that you collect different color candys and I had a good amount of them and when I get back into the game it’s if I never had any I mean I check the store for the event and I didn’t even buy anything with the candys yet and I did the first set of the event and I’m now in the second part of it and if I did those then why don’t I have my candy in the event menu it says zero for each color. If so could I get them back by speak with someone or emailing someone

Great game but with the energy wait it desperately needs bug fixes for events
As a one piece fan the game is amazing, not pay to win by any means, strategy is absolutely key, but with the long wait for energy, and the only way to get event items being using energy, auto trading my event materials for money is absolutely trash don’t allow players to waste resources like that it’s completely disgusting, or at the very least add a refund button to the mail system so players can undo the systems mistakes
