Gutes Spiel / miserabler Support

Eigentlich ein echt gutes Spiel aber da gekaufte packs nicht eingelöst werden und der Support nichts unternimmt oder sich meldet ein killer des Spaß an dem Spiel und summons klass Cleric funktionieren auch nicht.

it deleted all my progress on this game though it is super fun it said to log put to avoid losing progress for an update that already happened so i didnt think i still had to do it when i got the app after the update time
if they could fix that then i would totally recomend this game

Needs TLC

I love the game. But it needs some basic attention. For example, the Fortune Teller doesn’t allow purchases of characters unless they’ve already been unlocked, but many characters are no longer obtainable as there are no events for them. They’re in the guide, teasing newer players. I would give this game 5 stars if this is fixed.

Don’t stop playing

Simple but Fun

I found this game very much by mistake, but I instantly fell in love with the gameplay mechanics. When I was much younger, I used to love a game called Brave Frontier, and ever since it shut down I’ve been searching for a game that could take it’s spot, and this game has certainly filled that role. I can only hope that future updates will bring crossover characters, and I’m especially excited to see what the future of this game has in store.

CR Customer Service and CR Game development

Heria is missing as one of the choice rewards in the Mid- Autum shard chests. I tried to exchange 175 Heria shards using 7 Mid-Autum Shard chests. I’m missing those 175 shards due to the missing Reward I chose in the selection I exchanged with using 7 Mid-Autum shard chests. I didn’t receive 175 Heria shards in my character exchange menu.Please fix this I’m so anxious I’m having a hard time :( May I ask to recover the 7 Mid -Autumn shard chests I lost in the exchange for Heria so I can exchange them to pick another reward so I can be made whole ?

Poor New Player Experience

They don’t even give you any extra summons at the beginning of the game. You are stuck with your basic roster unless you spend money. Total scam, don’t waste your time.
