Nu pot să-mi recuperez parola

Nu pot să folosesc aplicația fiindcă nu pot recupera parola, link-ul primit pe e-mail pentru resetarea parolei mă duce în aplicație unde nu pot edita câmpul cu adresa de e-mail, unde în loc de @ apare %40.
Nu pot trece de primul ecran, am dezinstalat aplicația fiindcă nu o pot folosi.
