doesn’t recognize account

I have a pre-existing Bloom account but the app doesn’t recognize the username/email and password. Tried setting up a new account but it won’t let me use my phone number since it says it’s already being used by another account (my preexisting account that it won’t recognize) so no way for me to use the app.
