Buggy and needs work
Numerous bugs that are irritating. Logout on the app is too short and not controllable. Can’t edit an issue once it’s been added, keyboard doesn’t show up. Can’t delete items like issues in case there was an error, can’t log in via idp in app vs web browser.
Keep finding more bugs months later. Headlines brings you to a new headline creator and not a list of current headlines like the rest of the buttons. Clicking the avatar of yourself in the top right corner goes to a blank page requiring a force quit of the app.
Between the half baked app and the equally half baked website I’m left feeling this is not a real piece of software and more like someone’s side hobby.

Busted
This app used to work great and now is unusable. Just crashes, freezes and shows a blank screen. Terrible. Please fix a product was once great.
Once great, now unusable
As some others have noted, this app was once great (when it was Traction Tools) with lots more potential, but its practically broken now since changing to Bloom Growth. It’s literally unusable.
Needs to be fixed ASAP! Then add ability to run meetings from the app. Will re-rate when things change, for now I’m sticking to web version.

No point
Ever since changing to Bloom Growth this app has not worked. Having app access to add 'To Dos' and 'Issues' was one of the selling points for us as an EOS tool (I know they're no longer affiliated). We'll likely be moving our organization away from this program if this app functionality issue isn't resolved.

Once great, but no longer functional
Once one of my top used apps, this app has not been usable for the past few months (maybe aligning with transition to bloom growth?) To dos cannot be access, added or saved, no longer able to add issues to meetings. Over the past couple years this app has been a critical tool in helping to promote accountability and communication of the fly within our organization, so I really hope that the team repairs this and restores this once extremely useful app again.

App crashes, white screens, no good
Since the move to Bloom Growth, this app has gotten worse. It’s not usable. The IDS screen is blank, then the app crashes. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled, closed and reopened. Not usable on my iPhkne 14 Pro running 16.2. 🫶

To Do List Issues
When creating a new to do list item from the app, I can not go back and edit the item and the Notes section always states “Cannot GET /p/“ which makes this feature useless.
Good App but needs better sign in processs
I like the app, but it would be nice if you could sign in using iCloud Keychain, since the app frequently asks me to re-sign in.
Functionable, but not exciting at all
The app is straight-forward, but they haven’t put really any thought into a modern design and flow. The same goes with the website. It’s all very meh in the look and feel. My wife’s company uses Ninety.io and I almost wish my company would move to that for our EOS. It just works soooo much nicer than Traction Tools.

Desktop works great, but mobile app stopped working in Jan 2020
The desktop app works great! However the mobile app stopped working in Jan 2020. Can’t get logged in. Hoping the developers see this review and will fix the app.

Simple app. Very straight forward. However, please update to fit the screens of the latest Apple devices.
