Bloom Health is the companion app for patients of Bloom Health & Metabolic Care, a physician-led metabolic health clinic in Rice Lake, Wisconsin. Everything your care team builds for you at the clinic is here, on your phone. YOUR PLAN See the personalized nutrition and activity plan your clinic created for you: meals with recipes, your targets, guidance written by your care team, and your plan booklet as a PDF. RECIPES Browse the clinic's recipe library with photos, ingredients, steps, and nutrition per serving. Filter by meal, star your favorites, and find recipes that fit your plan. MEASUREMENTS Follow your body composition from each visit: weight, BMI, body fat, muscle mass, waist, and visceral fat, with trends over time. Choose metric or imperial units. LABS Review your lab results after your care team has gone over them, with reference ranges and trends across draws. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Accounts are invite-only and created by your clinic. Face ID or your device passcode is required to open the app. No ads, no analytics trackers, and your information is never sold. ENGLISH AND SPANISH Switch the app language any time in Settings.
