This app shouldn't have made into countries where service is not available, after taking ur personal information then only to find out service is unavailable, this is their way of harvesting peoples privacy for discrimination use, why ud think they don't mention about service availability before registration? This is how people gets ads and scams through email, these company sells their data and put X on privacy concern when profit is possible.

Unable to login or retrieve my account
I created a Bloom account a couple of years ago, and now I am unable to access the account. It’s asking me to upload a recovery file, but I have no such file. When I try to register a new account, it tells me the email address is already taken. When I request to reset my password, I never receive a password reset email. In the app, I keep getting a message saying “Could not find user with ethAddress…”
Now I’m concerned that this company has my personal information, and I have no way to access it. Please be careful before you download this app!

I just got Bloom works really well,….but I do have a question is the security for hacks free and will it tell me when the free trial ends?

Hi! We're glad you like the app. Yes, our Radar for email hack alerts is free, even for multiple emails you might want to monitor. We do not have a trial period, it's just a free feature. Enjoy!
