Grateful for a free ride but..

The bike selection was limited to only the most beat up bikes because, somehow, they were the only bikes without a QR code. This left 8 other bikes basically useless. Additionally, all of the bikes tires were BALD. Absolutely no tread.

That being said, I am grateful for the free ride & had a wonderful time riding around the lake. Basically leaving this review so hopefully someone does something about it 🤞🏼

Well….could be better

IF you can find a good bike, it’s a decent experience. They ALL need maintenance, new tires and new brakes. Many don’t have any way to take a water bottle at all.

Bad at Complex

Have used this twice now and both times app gives issues and bikes won’t lock and unlock. The customer service on app is useless. Never get a response.
