Be carful this application is a scam
I knew this application before covid , it wasn’t great but it was ok, I’v tried to use them last week I got the most horrible experience of dishonesty disrespect , lying on a different level, I had an appointment with them @ 4 pm, they never shoed up , they kept calling from 2 numbers that’s unreachable , when I finely got through the line with somebody they said we are at the door and we didn’t know the Appartment number I told them it’s a house and I’m at the door and nobody is here and nobody is here ,the line was cut and 4:20 they say it’s too late we cannot come to you know , they charge me 135£ in advanced , never refund back. I believe the app know is just a shield for fraudulent act, without any actual service to offer .

Horrible app. Horrible service.
This is hands down the worst app I’ve ever downloaded. In terms of customer service I cannot say I’ve ever been as baffled by the complete disregard and rudeness. The operator was more concerned with speaking over me loudly than actually listening to and solving my problem. Today the called an entirely different person whose number I’ve never seen in my life and said they called me several times as I waited AT HOME and canceled plans in order to meet and no one showed up. Yet I was still charged! And this is not the first time or the worst thing that’s happened with Blow. This app has inconvenienced my life in so many unacceptable ways and somehow I’ve been charged for it every single time. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS APP THERE ARE MANY BETTER ALTERNATIVES (Ruuby and missbeez to name two!)
