Numerous issues.
I decided to leave Heartopia due to the controversial issues they've been having, so I choose to stop playing the game. This game was suggested as a replacement. Sadly, I can’t even start the game because I keep getting multiple notifications that something is wrong with the server. The first notification appears as 'failed to receive the hotfix resource.' Not really understanding what that means, I press retry, and it takes me to the service login screen. Then, the second notice I encounter is 'account creation is prohibited on the server.' Again, confusion sets in, and I don’t know what the issue is. I looked it up and heard different things about the server possibly not being available in my location, but it does say that the game has launched in the USA. So, I have to say this is a bad start as an introduction to a new game. I hope this issue can be fixed. I’m still interested in playing, just disappointed.
