Worse service ever!
This company is very bad with scheduling service and never replies to your messages. The website and application are no help to anyone. Avoid BLS at all risks!!!
Terrible App
This app is totally un-integrated with the BLS website. It prevents pastes for stored passwords. Like the website, it is clunky and not easy to use.
Apparently useless
I've used BLS many times like the service. However, this app appears to be unusable. I was unable to open an account, I was unable to enter a drop off location other than my home. Not ready for prime time. Get with it, BLS!
A++ App
Time is money and this app says just that. Quick and easy booking process. No more calling to ask for driver status. Now, it's at my fingertips. I am the kind of person in and out of meetings all day with no time to waste. I thought the on location text message feature was awesome but this is the technology I'm talking about. BLS is always ahead of the game. Thanks guys!

Love this app and limo service. The best feature is the "locate my driver" but,I still might call in to speak with some of my favorite agents. 👍
