Amazingly useless
This got to be one of the worst eServices apps that ever existed.
Very bad!
The app falls short in facilitating appointments in Abu Dhabi due to an unchangeable default country setting (Kazakhstan). This limitation, coupled with a lack of essential features, contributes to a frustrating user experience. Additionally, navigating the website on mobile is hindered by an intrusive notice page, preventing users from proceeding further and highlighting potential shortcomings in the development process by the web and app developers
