Highly Disappointed
Being a Hiranandani resident for over 15 years, do we really have to solely rely on an app that doesn’t even work 90% of the time to access the community amenities ? Can we not go back ol skool and have a resident to access the gym and pool? I am unable to book anything at all on the app and get denied to access the gym most of the time. How disrespectful is this ? Either fix the app and have it work to its beta or please remove this option of booking gym and pool access via this app !

I am just waiting for association to be formed so that we will switch to another gate management app.
Mainly the app doesn’t understand the owner-to-tenant hierarchy. Even after my tenant registered himself on the app, i receive the notifications and calls to allow someone from the gate but my tenant never receives them. Now what is the use if it can’t perform its basic service?
