Terrible app support
We got this brush with the idea it would help our child with autism develop more independent hygiene habits. The idea is we could connect to her brush to monitor how she is doing. The app will not let us connect to her brush. We have tried numerous times to connect with the company for support without success. They only respond with what seems to be bots that don’t resolve the issue.

Stay away
This is the worst toothbrush. Half of the time the app won’t connect to the brush so you can’t even brush your teeth.
When it does decide to connect the app can’t be paused if you need to sneeze and it can’t actually detect the zone it is on.
It doesn’t matter because the app doesn’t have a keep alive function to prevent your phone from sleeping while brushing and there is no audio notification of zone change.
Stay away. This is a grift and these people need to be put out of business.

Don’t buy
I watch my kid as she is brushing her teeth and it says she’s missing where she’s supposed to be hitting even though I’m watching her hit it. It’s very disheartening for her. I wish I’d never bought the toothbrush- you have to use it with the app open right in front of you. I thought it was more just going to be a report when she used the toothbrush, I could check. Not that it would be accurate as I’m finding out.

Can’t emphasize this more than the title . Brushing is an essential part in your daily life routine. This toothbrush helps you keep on track with brushing and maintaining great oral hygiene!
Broken out of the box
Seems like a great idea. But, right out of the box, the device refuses to connect to Bluetooth (we tried three different phones) and the charge lasts less than a minute, making it worthless for teeth brushing. Maybe a replacement device will work better. It’s so great when you have to deal with customer service for new devices right out of the gate.

The app has helped me insure I am brushing in the correct areas for the proper amount of time. It has become part of my regular routine and has greatly improved my oral health. The brush itself is also really high quality with many modes to choose from.
Great app and brush
I’ve been using this for several months and love it because te helped me brush better. I connected my kids brushes as well and we compete to see who brushes better. Exactly what I wanted!
Not really good
I just downloaded this app and when i was brushing my teeth it told me to brush here and there and when i was done brushing it didn’t show the percentage in how much brushing i did. All i have to say is not really a good app

Great Way to Brush
I didn’t realize how much I was missing when brushing until using the app! My teeth feel so much cleaner now. Easy set up and easy app navigation
My Dentist is a huge fan
I have been using my toothbrush for about 3 months. My hygienist recommended this product to me after I had some cavities filled, since it has an app that interactively trains you how to brush your teeth properly. I just went for my routine cleaning, and received a praise report for how much my tooth and gum health has improved!
