Great App, Changes to the Quizzer Sucks
I have had this app from its inception. I was super pleased with everything for a long time then they introduced the interactive quizzer which was awesome… brought the app the 4 stars for me…. Would have definitely have gotten 5 if the quizzes were rank specific, but then they did the unthinkable… they made changes that made things difficult… going down to two stars…. It’s such a simple concept provide the info and have questions that are rank specific… I know it’s hard work but moving the quizzes was a bad choice….

Never works
The resources on the new app never work and they never show up. The interactive quizzers occasionally show up then the next day they are gone again. Really poorly made app. No answer from support by phone or email.
No support/app doesn’t work
Great material, if they could get the application to work. I paid hundreds of dollars for their products and to utilize their interactive quizzer platform. They had since made an “update” which eliminated all features and access to the application. I have reached out to support multiple times. The ONE time I received contact, I was told to redownload the app and to change my password. Very frustrating when you’re studying for a promotional exam and a product you paid large amounts of money for and relied upon doesn’t function and customer support is non-existent.

I know someone that knows what they’re doing has been working on this app a lot recently and I appreciate the updates. I hope nothing drastic changes anytime soon. As it stands, it is reliable and even the fill and text colors for the quizzers is easy on the eyes for those long sessions. I hope that doesn’t change either. I really appreciate the thought that’s going into the app, thank you. It’s simple and nothing about it is distracting. And it doesn’t have any annoying chimes, obnoxious colors etc. like virtually every other quiz/study app. It’s GREAT as is. Thank you again.

Quizzers do not work
It’s been a week now. The quizzes will not open and no one answers for customer service
Closes out completely
Told that this issue would be fixed by EOD Nov 11 -5 days before NYS court/senior court clerk test. Great job got all our $$ and we can’t use it to study a few days before the test. I EXPECT A FULL REFUND

This app constantly crashes and won’t even open.

Sorry but this app is terrible. Love the content but as the only way to access my ebook version, the reader is horrendous. Must read in landscape mode on iPad otherwise half the words cut out and no way to change font size or flip thru pages?! Like where’s the basic functionality? It’ll take me four years to read it having to go back to the table of contents after each page

Content Doesn’t Display - Arizona Criminal Law Field Guide
Perpetual Loading Screen. Been like this for many weeks. App is completely useless.
State Laws
All of the links work within the app book EXCEPT the State Laws link. Makes the app useless. When the link is clicked, the app will go to a loading screen for approximately 30 seconds then crash. Does this repeatedly and has not worked since the last update. Quite frustrating.
Operation
So for the app doesn’t have any faults and operates as intended. I like the layout and the option to changed the app from day-to-night, it helps with eye strain. I really do love that it shows which chapter you left off at.
