How do I pay cash to driver
Not clear on how to use app if I want to pay cash
App is unreliable
I used the app in the morning and then in the afternoon the same day it wanted me to sign in and it wouldn’t load past that step so I had to call to book a cab. This happens all the time and is annoying when I want to prepay with my card. There is no reason for me to have to sign in again so often. I also have many trips cancelled by the app when booking because they can’t find a driver nearby, but then when I call to book a cab and a driver is 1 mins away. Doesn’t make sense. They need to look into fixing this, most of these five star review are probably fake.

Driver charged extra for no reason
I am a frequent user for blue and white taxi over 9 years. The trip today was a rip off. The driver charged me double what was estimated and he claimed some reasons that the were never discussed or communicated by blue and white taxi. I had to pay him and tried to call blue and white call Center. And it looks this Center is not in canada and they only understand one thing , sending a driver to pick up. The driver was terribly slow and I did not understand why then but after checking the app it looks they charged me extra time

The app is awful. It doesn’t pick up my home address so I am forever having to phone the driver.

Excellent Service
Whenever I call taxi within 10 minutes driver is at my doorstep. Their driver’s are highly professional always take shortest possible route and cabs are always neat and clean.
Affordable, Very simple app, and its good
Cheaper than uber and lyft. Simple app, easy to use. Driver comes quick for pickup and follow road rules.

Have been using blue and white taxi for more than 10 years. Never had any issue. They are very reliable, always on time. Cars are in good condition. Now they are even better with this smart phone app.

Zero issues with the app in general, yes Uber is cheaper but I’ve had my hurdles with them as some of us have so I’ll stick to a regular cab if I do need it. Drivers are always kind and quick to arrive. Out of all my rides with B/W I’ve only had one driver issue.

Would rate not even a 1/4 of a star it’s like they hire stupid people very jerky ride driver passed me 4 times on initial pick up when I’m clearly out front of address all on all way less than a star in my review as well as the second time I booked the cab never showed up then got a call asking if I still wanted a cab will be taking my business elsewhere and possible to Uber sounds like a bunch better platform that the joke of service I have gotten also haven’t mentioned it but I’m also physically challenged (disabled) so to be jerked around by this company really doesn’t stand well in my books

This app is crap
I use blue and white taxi three maybe four times a week from my home to work and it cost me around $10. I tried the app today and they added two dollars to my fair for using there app. Well app has been deleted from my phone, and I will just keep calling in for a cab.
Ruined the App
This used to be a useful app but they ruined it. Now when you get in the cab, the meter is already locked at whatever the estimated fare is. In my experience the estimation is always more than what the metered fare would be. Will never use this again.
Worst release EVER!
This newest release is crap. The google maps integration, if you can call it that, is the worst I have ever seen. Perhaps it's time for B&W to hire a professional to write their apps instead of the clown that produces this disaster
