A mystery
I saw this app on my iPad but I do not know how it got there. I have no recall of downloading it, and it was in an odd location on my iPad. It’s now deleted but still puzzling about how it got there. I have no relevant devices, as far as I know.

I purchased a Spot 4G GPS Pet Tracker inc. 2-year service plan. This pet tracker does not work. Cannot connect to the network, battery barely lasts for a day, app interface is clunky and inaccurate and Customer Service is next to non-existent. I returned mine after having to wait over a month just for a response only to have my refund request rejected. This product is a scam. If I could give it less than zero stars I would.

Faulty badly made and designed pet tracker
I purchased this pet tracker as my dog was escaping and I needed to keep her in. The pet tracker never gave me location updates unless I opened up the app and checked on the location. Even When setting the geo fence. When I phoned support they said this was a know issue with iPhone. Other reviews 2 years ago say this! Who has time to check every 30 min. The battery defiantly didn’t last as long as advertised 3-7 days. It’s lucky to last the day. After 2 weeks the unit stopped charging properly, and after about another week it stopped charging all together. On the 10th dec I sent back as the unit was faulty. It’s now the 6th feb and I have not received a replacement or repair. Apparently the unit is being sent back to me soon. Would not recommend there are better devices out there

Don’t buy! Waste of money and time.
GPS never worked with own sim. Support took forever to get back to me and resolve the issue which was to use their sim.
Battery life was half a day, this was not ideal so requested a refund. Support took weeks to reply about return details.
Upon return I still haven’t received refund or any correspondence from Nuttag. I’ve sent over 6+ emails and haven’t had one reply about my return and my money being refunded.
This sounds like a scam as I’m not getting my money back! Will be reporting to fair trading.
