Horrible app experience
Force quit on me multiple times, changed my order time and kicked me out of my order a second time after using the app for <2 minutes, and it was just entirely frustrating to use. Will be immediately deleting it 😑
Pickup orders are a bit wonky
Most of this app works well. Where my problems occur is with scheduling mobile orders. The system will generate a time at the beginning of the ordering process and then will modify the time at the end. Sometimes it will schedule the pickup for the following day. And if an order is accidentally placed there is no way to cancel it

Simple and Efficient!
There are a lot of food ordering apps out there. But this one is a cut above. Very simple interface and so easy to customize and edit your orders. Very impressive!

I do not see an option to add a purchase if not purchased via the app. Very disappointing that they took away the punch card.
Cannot Use App At All
I like BCB, but the app is a mess. I’m now logged out and stuck in an endless circle— I signed up with Facebook. It fails to connect. I try the email I used and it says already in use by social media account. I’ve sent feedback numerous times and no fix. Using late iPhone Pro Max fully updated.
Few Quirks But Good Overall
Overall this is nice to use. Wish there was a dine-in option. We have to select pick up and then take our sacks to the table. There also isn’t a place for adding a water to the order when we don’t need a soft drink or iced tea. The grumpy guy who works at ours gets really irritated when we ask for water cups. Also not sure how it is supposed to record points. I have an account and my credit card stored and have used the app two or three times already but nothing shows up under my points. Am I missing something?

Why isn’t there a special instructions space for your order
I use the app every week but unfortunately am limited to what I can order bc it doesn’t have a space for special instructions so if something is preferred on the side you can’t do that. It used to have a space for that but it was removed sometime in the spring. I have had to use my previous order. I’ve mentioned it to staff and they said they could see other people add special instructions. I realized today that you can do it if you order from the website but not from app. Would be great if this could be fixed.

No burrito in the buff option
For less carbs for folks with diabetes, they need no tortilla, but there is no option in the app for ordering your burrito without the tortilla.
Misleading
I found out the hard way the app is totally misleading when it says you can check in from the app for curbside pickup. You have to call the store

Spotty usability
I tried to add a previous order - only to have the app tell me that everything in my previous order was no longer available at my store. I have gotten so frustrated with the app that it makes me not want to eat there anymore. When I go in to pick up 5 orders and keep getting shoved down the line and rushed ordering in person it was important for me to have a stable app to order. It has become so unstable, I have to choose to go somewhere else- I look at the app and ask myself - do I get my family excited and then disappoint them because of a faulty app?
There are other burrito option in my area with better ordering systems. I may not like the food as much - but the convenience is worth not having to deal with the frustration.

Love Blue Coast and I love the app!
This makes life so much easier for me when I have to order for me, my wife and 4 kids. I just get on the app and the order is saved. I don’t have to think about it, I just order and pickup.
