Needs to be fixed
I used this app a lot in high school and not only can I not get back into my account, but I believe the app is either down or hasn’t been updated in a while while because it doesn’t work.

I used to use this app all of the time and I LOVED it. Unfortunately it logged me out and whenever I try to send a code to my number it doesn’t work. It’s completely useless. I tried redownloading it and everything and it just won’t work 😔

It’s been a year since I haven’t been able to log back into my old account, and it’s making me more sad every day. so much work and so many memories I’ve put into my journals and its all missing from me now. I’ve tried everything, but I just cant seem to get the verification code sent to me, and when I try through email it never logs in. it just stays on the same screen that says “check email”. please, fix this error. I’ve waited a whole year, and i just want my account back.

Bug
I used this app for a long time, but I can’t long into my account again. I uninstalled the app because there was something weird happening to it and I reinstalled but I can’t get back in. This is very frustrating. I hope they can work out this bug soon.

The app just.. doesn’t work anymore idk what happened to it. The bug was supposed to be fixed like two years ago and I’m still waiting so..
Used to love it, but unfixed bugs
Ima keep it short & sweet: Blue Fever was genuinely such a good app and it helped me a lot for about a year maybe. It was difficult for me to get into journaling before this app. Now, it doesn’t work well anymore: pfps & templates won’t load. These unfixed bugs no doubt have driven away a lot of user base, thus comments have shrunk.

Bugs never fixed❗️
Nothing on the app is working anymore—the pfps, the templates, and even notifications. Nothing has been fixed and this has gone on for awhile (its not just from my end, its happening to everyone.) I understand apps have bugs and things that need to be fixed but these issues have been around for months and its starting to get really frustrating. I rated this 2 stars because I really like the concept of blue fever, I was a user well before issues started to arise and i adored this app. Now it's a ghost town, hardly anybody posts and therefore nobody responds to posts. overall im kinda disappointed because i really liked this app.

Endless Verification
Someone help please. I’ve been trying to log back into my account for MONTHS now, and I just keep getting sent through a verification loop. App is up to date and I know I’m being the right login information. I’d like to get back into my app, please!

Why do you only have phone number or email log ins.i don’t have a phone number and none every time I needed a verification code it wouldn’t send! Your notification would say this instead “click this link if you are the person and want verification code” but when I clicked it didn’t give me a code nevrr so I can’t play the app but I wish I could I was hoping to

Best App Ever-But I can’t get in recently
I love this app so much it has been so helpful. I can vent, give advice, receive advice, or just know that I’m not alone. Recently however, I have been locked out. I updated the app but it still won’t let me log in. Please fix this asap. I need this app to work.
Great, but I can’t log in?
Amazing app with a great community. I loved using it, until it logged me out for no reason and it won’t let me log back in or even make a new account. I had important stuff on it and I’m really disappointed. I sent an email but I got no reply. Really sad because I loved it a lot but other then that it’s an amazing app with great people :) I will add that my phone is getting old, so it might not be the app itself, but usually this doesn’t happen.

as one review said, im not able to log in. phone number log in doesn't even work, and signing in with an email takes me to a screen to create an account. i don't know what it's giving me that because i already have an account. please fix it as blue is really my only avenue for letting anything out. and please stop using AI art to promote your instagram...

I love it but I had an issue
My soul lives off of this app but it recently randomly logged me out and it won’t let me make a new acc or log back into my old acc and it’s just kinda stressful and I have no clue what to do now

over all its a great app, wonderful community, but when i went to open it today, i was logged out. not a problem right? i could just log in using my phone number, right? wrong. it wont send me my verification code, therefore making it impossible to log into my account; and when i tried to make a new account to see if my actual account was banned for some reason, or somehow, it wont let me get past setting up a username and picking a profile picture. ive tried deleting the app and reinstalling it, that didnt work. i tried powering my phone off then on, and that didnt work. whats going on?

Issues
I absolutely loved this app, but when I had a day that I really needed it, it wouldn’t let me log in. And before anyone asked me what I tried…yes I used my email for verification and then when it didn’t work I used my phone number (which didn’t even end up working). Now I can’t get into it at all. When I click the “Next” button after I fill out all the info, it turns gray and doesn’t go. Idk what y’all did to it to mess it up, but it needs fixed. 🤬🤬🤬

I don’t know what happened
I have an account already but it apparently got somehow deleted and when I try creating another it says the usernames I put in are already in use… I tried with so many different usernames it should’ve already worked but nope, and I tried just making random names it still said the same thing.

Used this app for 3 years it helps to type out my thoughts by venting and I don’t have to post it publicly but if I do I can expect hugs and support from the community. One thing I think we should be able to vote for a new additional journal category every once and a while bc not everything fits into what’s given. App has so much potential I defo recommend
