Forced reloading money. Can’t just pay have to over pay
The app now forces you to reload with gift cards such a stupid money greedy way to change your app. I’m just gonna go to the store and pay for it in person. Absolute greed from these people! Can’t just pay the amount owed nope have to pay an extra $3.45 to make it an even $25.
Discounts don’t work
All the rewards and discount codes do not work on mobile orders. The baristas at my local shop are aware and it hasn’t been working for weeks. The app is useless.
Dealing with lots of bugs
It lets my payment go through but doesn’t get the order to the store and it’s randomly signed me out of the app. One of the store managers told me to take a screenshot of the QR code. Sure, but that’s just passing on the failure of your app to the customer
No note section
There isn’t an option to request add ons. I usually get the Spanish dark latte with extra cinnamon powder on top but I have no option to request that through the app. Please update the app so that it’s more convenient to request add ons. Thank you
