Optimise the app
The app seems to not work as it should. Initial contact is good, opens as normal but then every button I press in the app seems to send me to either loading or blank screen!! I tried to delete/install the app, tried to update but none available!!! Please optimise this app. It work as normal on the browser!

No more cinema
We had a good deal for cinema which is very cultural, however they stopped the contract, and blue light card put the cinemas webpages as if they were any discounts 🤦🏻♂️ disappointed, not going to renew my card.

I get error message which says ‘Sorry you have been blocked -you are unable to access blcshine.io”
This was reported to customer support who still have not responded for two months. I paid £5 for this membership as teacher. Completely ripped off! DO NOT BUY!

app not working
doesnt load anything, same with the DDS app as well what an absolute waste

Brilliant card to have but I wish I could have it in my Apple wallet with my other cards
App not working correctly
Following the latest update, the app isn’t usable with the display zoomed, the messages section has now disappeared. Please sort this out

Used to work
The app before the upgrade worked fine now on iPhone (mine) despite deleting and reloading I cannot access account info. Bit of a backward step in terms of improving
Search tool faulty
Faulty app. Can’t search for anything, just get blue circle of death.
Password loop
I am forever getting stuck in a ‘wrong password’ loop when trying to log in to the app and the website. I have lost count of the times I have had to reset - and even then the reset password email doesn’t arrive 90% of the time! It’s infuriating. I’ve deleted and updated to latest version but still the same problem.

My app is not working help
Broken
This app used to work really well but recently nothing loads on it at all. Looking at other recent reviews it looks like I’m not the only one and the app has been completely broken.

Followed the renew link in app, opens webpage and no details to renew? total pointless!

App doesn’t work
My wife’s app had been failing to load any search results or do anything when clicking on retailers for a few weeks - now mine is doing the same and has been for the past week. No update available either. Pointless having an app if I can’t use it!
Is the app broken
Over recent months I on iPhone 16 am just seeing an icon going round and round like it is looking for something but nothing comes up. Can’t search categories or browse anything. All I can do is show my card. Some vendors want a QR code which the app is not showing. Used to be good but not sure why it’s broken. I have deleted and reinstalled, updated all software and still nothing.
