Good but could improve
Shopping cards works well and there are a wide range of deals, however for this reason it would be better if you could bookmark or save a store or deal. Having to type the same shops in repeatedly is annoying, having a favourites list would be great. Apart from that it’s easy to navigate
Here we go again!
Another app update that creates more problems than it solves. Worked fine before but now freezes almost instantly after logging in.

Bloated app that still can’t get the basics right.
Constantly logs me out. “Improved” Search is still useless. App is a cluttered ad driven mess.
To make things worse it also secretly side-loads a safari tracking extension into the browser!!!!
Thankfully you can get just as good deals/discounts via other affiliate and cashback sites…

Can’t log in
App has always been a bit glitchy and difficult to operate. But since this latest update I can’t even get passed the login page

App keeps logging out
It’s incredibly frustrating to have to re-login to the app every time you need to show the card. There needs to be a way to add the BL card to Apple Wallet.
Doesn't work
It just constantly tries to load then says to check back later.
Gift card not appearing
Paid and I have no way of viewing my gift card . Opens a blank page . No way of rectifying this with anyone as cannot contact anyone . Standing in a shop unable to pay for £150 good unless I now use another £150 plus of my own money again
App doesn’t works
Logged in fine, but only the card shows up, the home, wallet and search pages all refuse to load. Tried logging a support ticket, that gave an error. Tried to log in to the “help centre” and it says my password is wrong, won’t let me reset my password because it thinks it’s wrong, yet the app and main website log me in fine, which ridiculously is the only part of the app that works for me. Plus every discount/more info link on the website tries to open the app! So I’m getting nowhere.

Home page doesn’t load
Every time I try to load the app it tells me to wait as there is excessive demand then after another delay it tells me to try later! I deleted it and reinstalled and had the same problem. At least the card shows up!
Log in issues
Every time I enter my email and password it loops back to login.
On the help it says I am banned as have tried to log in too many !!!

Logging in problem
Can never log in. Asks you to change password every time and doesn’t send the email to do it. When trying to do it on browser it always times out. Pathetic
App not working
Can’t log in app despite deleting it and reloading always says there is a problem. Make it unusable therefore cannot access the benefits. App not fit for purpose and places will not accept card. What a waste of time. Cannot rate an app that doesn’t work.
Had this now for nearly 2 years and still can’t use the app. Second time I have sent a review and had no reply. I will not be recommending this to anyone in the nhs. Can’t access any discounts what the point Taking outlets money what a fraud.

Not at all user friendly
The UI in this app is awful. To use my Tesco shopping card I have to login with username and password AND use FaceID AND confirm I’m not a robot. Why not just FaceID?
I cannot renew my blue light card. Please repair your app.
This app will not allow me to renew my card.

The app is very slow to load, unable to see anything other than scrolling

I press forgotten password email says it’s sent email but never receive one!

Been unable to access the app for two weeks now, each time I log in it keeps loading me into a blank screen
