This app used to work really well but recently nothing loads on it at all. Looking at other recent reviews it looks like I’m not the only one and the app has been completely broken.

One of the worst apps I have come across, at times it doesn’t open, when it does, it won’t load any pages or sites.

Renew not working?
Followed the renew link in app, opens webpage and no details to renew? total pointless!
Looked for help, followed instructions to the T and no option to renew???
Dev team what are you doing?
Can’t you do your jobs and test before hand? This make you look like you don’t give a monkey or your incompetent at doing your job?

App doesn’t work
My wife’s app had been failing to load any search results or do anything when clicking on retailers for a few weeks - now mine is doing the same and has been for the past week. No update available either. Pointless having an app if I can’t use it!
Is the app broken
Over recent months I on iPhone 16 am just seeing an icon going round and round like it is looking for something but nothing comes up. Can’t search categories or browse anything. All I can do is show my card. Some vendors want a QR code which the app is not showing. Used to be good but not sure why it’s broken. I have deleted and reinstalled, updated all software and still nothing.

App’s search function doesn’t work…
I’ve used the app before and it’s been very useful. However, recently the search function is completely broken. Regardless of wether I’m on WiFi or using data, VPN or not, the search option just isn’t functioning and I am unable to access any deals. This wouldn’t be as big of an issue if most places just accepted the physical card instead of a QR code. Sadly it just renders the entire thing useless.

What is going on with the App ?? Absolutely broken. Can search anything, just get the loading wheel of death. Been like this for a while. Get it sorted please, making using the App impossible.

Doesn’t function
Kind of useless, just loads endlessly whenever you try to search for anything.
Rubbish
After deleting and reinstalling, this app does not work. I cannot search for any categories or brands. It just crashes and stalls. Been like this for at least a week and it seems like no updates are pending. Really disappointed.
Login glitches and very little discounts
Constantly plagued by login issues and when you can access your card very little stores take them. Waste of time and money.

Have the circle of doom or a black screen with grey boxes. Next to useless really.
I tried to raise a ticket through the app and that’s not working either.
Uninstalled and installed several times, turned phone off and back on etc and nothing.

Do not try and purchase i have tried on multiple occasions and it blocked me.

Totally unusable these days. App just never loads any data. Search broken. Waste of my time

Cannot access offers as nothing will load! Please correct this as myself and many others are finding the app unusable! Annoying considering I’ve just renewed.

App is broken, no offers load, keep getting "try again later" even after updating the app, deleting and reinstalling etc. can't open a ticket through the app, the listed support email doesn't work. Shame the app has become this useless.

Lately the app has been unusable. Just spinning circle all the time.

Repeated attempts to search just sees the spinning wheel do nothing, a message saying this will take longer than usual and then nothing.
Terrible app and website
Nothing works! Nothing loads lets you log in but nothing else. Worked fine but since june 2026 not worked once. Contacted bluelight numerous times to fix the issue but they have been no help. Pointless having bluelight if you cannot use it. From reading other reviews can see i am not the only one having the same issue.
