Arranged a pick up in Caledonia for 2:45 am to the Hamilton airport. It was amazing to get a text introducing the driver and car and how fate away eh was. Very friendly, helped with Two big suitcases. Very professional company and will use again.

No way to tip driver after ride
The only time the app offers the ability to tip is during the ride. But once you arrive at your destination, the ride is over, and the ability to tip is gone.
Either remove tipping (and raise the minimum fare appropriately), or implement post-ride tipping.

Horrible drivers
Every time I’ve used this service I get a bad driver. They all complain about taking debit and pressure you to get cash. That or they are racist and tell you all about it during the drive. Deleting the app.

Late prebook
I am a regular client and multiple times usually on weekend and monday mornings as I always prebook the day before to ensure my cab is on time instead it comes 1/2 hour late. I don’t understand the feedback I get as they say you are on my board I’m just waiting for a free cab. It doesn’t make sense as my booking should have already been arranged.

Can’t prebook with correct time
Just got the app and looks like it will be easy. But when I prebooked a ride it sets the current time. I saved and tried to edit but it will not set for the time I need a taxi.
Recent update sucks
Since the last update the app no longer gives you the car number - this was the BEST part about the app.
Now it also doesn’t reliably text you when your cab is assigned.
Sometimes it even doesn’t give a notification when a cab is assigned - don’t trust the “close the app and we’ll let you know” statement, almost every time I’ve done that I don’t get a notification.
This is a shame because prior to this I would have considered it a five star app and I had been recommending it to everyone.

Worst service ever
I have booked at transcab at 4:11 pm and haven’t received cab till 5:35 pm. I called the customer care thrice every time they are telling that we are on the same street we will pick you up soon but there is no one.

Often cheaper than Uber & so far great! Met an exceptional driver for my first trip & couldn’t be happier.
Courteous service
I have enjoyed blue line taxi for the 10 + years that I have lived here. I have had some outrageous issues with the other company and now Blueline taxi is now my go to, have it on speed dial and now also downloaded the app for easier accessibility as we also have my elderly mother whom requires handicapped accessibility and assistance when needed. With that said I would also give them 2 👍👍with my 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️’s keep up the great work.

Everytime I tried to enter an address if gave me an “oops something went wrong...” sorry don’t have the time to sit there and click cancel after every letter, I’ll book with Hamilton Cab seems to be more efficient and doesn’t crash after every letter...thanks but no thanks!

Blue Lines Taxi Service
I had never used a taxi myself till I developed cancer and needed to go for regular visits to the Cancer Care Centre at Juravinski Hospital in 2018. I was really fearful at first because I couldn’t afford to miss a treatment or even be late for one. When I first called the driver arrived in about 5 minutes. I was so happy that I was actually early for my appointment. I even had to take taxis home from the hospital at times, and again they were there almost immediately. I had to go to the hospital so many times that year before and after my surgery to remove the cancer. Every driver was courteous, friendly and attentive. The cars were always clean and comfortable enough for me. I really was impressed that they always came in minutes and got me to where I was going on time. The price was worth it to me too. I did go and purchase taxi scripts so I continue to use Blue Line Taxi throughout the rest of the time I need medical care. Thankfully I will always get where I am going on time and with safe, competent drivers that always know exactly how to get me there. Thank you Blue Line Taxi for your excellent service.

Awful app
Trying to get Blueline OTTAWA but it comes up Blueline HAMILTON. CAnnot change it. I live in OTTAWA so it’s completely useless to me. Geeez!!
