Frustrated
It has been very frustrating trying to send a smash up card today to my daughter. There’s no instructions if that kind of card costs more. My friend said it’s $7.00.🤷♀️ Then I go to check out and it says pick your amount, I did, and it went right back to gift card list. I wanted to send more than $25, but less than $50. I couldn’t reach customer service, cuz you are closed today for upgrades. Only my second card since I signed up recently, but…😞

I chose Blue Mountain cards as they had a number of really fun Smash Up choices. So much better than one of the competitors which seems to specialise in twee. And boring.

Great Cards/Difficult Operating/Charge For Music
The cards are great, but it’s difficult setting them up. You can only send them by email, and if you want to add music, they charge you an additional $6.99 per card!

I love being able to reach out to people on special occasions. You offer a good variety to choose from. My only complaint is not being able to send cards to couples. I am unable to send to anything to two names. Even the Anniversary cards which is crazy, right?

Love the e-cards, but need to add fresh ones, more talking ones and ones a little naughty. Also do also have Spanish cards that I could switch English or Spanish?
