This app is awesome I could track my 8 year old when he wondered of so that was so helpful
Not able to see in app
Tickets purchased, shuttle bus options since we can’t print off college tickets at kiosk ( and I don’t see anywhere that says you have to guest services to get tickets
Love app but tracking doesn’t work
We added friends - went out - had a blast.
Next day did the same - but only one day is showing up in the IKON app.
And the blue mountain app where we logged in and did the tracking isn’t showing EITHER day.
Love the app but disappointed our runs won’t count.

Can’t login to see my stats
This app is great when it works. It has a habit of kick you off of it. Today I can’t even login to it…I’m worried I’m going to lose my data from today.
Tracking let down
I started tracking the first hour of the day and it showed that I did 10 runs so I stopped it when we went to town . We came back and restarted it a few hours later. It asked me if I was tracking so I said yes, and it looked as though the app started. I’m not sure what happened but it logged me out and didn’t track and I lost the last 10 runs I did.
Too bad they couldn’t incorporated with something like Strava or something similar.

bunch of wrong information
operating times are wrong on several attractions and restaurants. caused some upsets for us. times should be updated
Would’ve great but…
This app didn’t track a whole day. I had trouble staying connected to the resort server and then lost all my data and tracking after 6 days of skiing. Zero help.
So handy
I LOVE THIS APP. It helps you find your friends with very accurate GPS (even has cool feature like telling you X friend is 40% up X lift - awesome!). It also tracks your stats so you know exactly what runs you did, what lifts you went up, and is time stamped. It really helps you get fully oriented on the ski resort. The ONLY drawback is that it really drains your battery. Otherwise, fantastic app.

Ridge runner coaster closed
All activities are great, but the ridge runner coaster is down, which make many people so sad and disappointing actually

Jozo’s Bar horrible and discriminatory experience
I purchase every year a 5x7 pass and go to ski while my handicap wife is having some lunch at Jozo’s Bar.
Today Saturday Jan 28, 2023 around 4:30pm while I was skiing, Jozo’s Bar manager told my wife that she had to leave the restaurant because she had been sitting down for longer than one hour and that causes revenue lost to the company, this occurred regardless she consumed and spent 70 dollars.
This is the second time that this horrible and discriminatory experience happened “I say this because other customers are not requested to leave after one hour” at that restaurant and I thought last year when I complained about it, that was going to be addressed it fairly.
I hope this time it will be addressed or a suitable sign will be placed at that place stating that you can not sit longer than one hour regardless the amount of your final bill.

So handy with lots of features!
I love using the app in winter to track my days on the hill. Max speed, number of trails and you can even track runs with friends! I’m summer the app is great so I can see what activities are open (ridge runner, cascade putting and hiking and biking!)
You can also mark where you parked your car which is so great at the end of a long day. No more wandering the lots guessing where you parked!
