Inaccurate and Horrid User Experience
It’s 2026, there is no need for such a horrid app. I wasted about 2 hours without seeing my partner because this app is not designed for spectators there in person. It seems to be meant for someone to digitally watch their partner complete the race? I got lost repeatedly because the app won’t track your location relative to the map, nor will it accurately track the runners information. There were multiple times when I showed up in a location to cheer my partner on only for the app to suddenly say he was in a completely different location. The app could also benefit from being able to click on the spectator locations (presumably that’s what the dots are for? There also no key or explanation for anything on the map) and it take you to maps directions. Additionally, the map will not stay in the same place. If you zoom out to see where your runner is in the grand scheme, it zooms in so you can’t use it as a navigational tool. Altogether. Waste of an app download and waste of 3 hours.

Loves the new App
This year’s app was amazing. All the information I needed right at my fingertips. My family was able to track me through the race. The selfie filters were super fun. Thank you for your continuous improvements.

Good start. Needs more data.
Following racers is helpful and works well but being able to compare times among age groups, gender, etc. would be nice. Finish times and placement varied from the actual results for nearly everyone in the group of runners I polled so take the results with a grain of salt.
Best BRM app yet
This years app is amazing. I wasn’t able to run this year, but with the live tracking I was able to see all my friends running hard up and down all those mountains and see them cross the finish line!!!!
