Garbage
This app works about as well as the festival did, HORRIBLY! They claimed it would work in “offline modes” but it didn’t at all. They also claimed they were going to have cell phone boosters for all 3 major service providers. Once the fest started the only time we could get cell service was in the wee hours of the morning when everyone was sleeping. And the app never worked offline. Oh yea, & we were able to get the app working after the festival was canceled & everyone left when the stage crew went on strike because of poor working conditions! The same poor conditions we got in the campsite. 1 water station (NOT 12 AS PROMISED!), security that had no idea what was going on. Garbages that never got emptied. And bathrooms that never got serviced. This app & this fest were 100% garbage. STAY AWAY!!! From both.

Never worked or was updated
Even when I had service, it wouldn’t load. We would be back at our Airbnb on wifi or even at the festival when I was able to view Facebook notifications, the app wouldn’t load. Some bands had the incorrect set time and this app was usually updated way after any social media accounts.

this year sucked to fn bad.
barely works
the app states that it should work offline and with low service but even when I am connected to wifi or have fast service the app rarely opens. most of the time the app doesn’t open no matter how long i wait for it to load. the concept of the app is great but it doesn’t work as well as i had hoped.

This is a review for the whole experience. Theres no coordination. They canceled it for nothing. Little rain. The only day where everything halfway worked was Friday. Don’t go to Blue Ridge!!! You’ll waste your time AND money.

Worked long enough to set a schedule. Them stopped working. Had to update, set my schedule a d it stopped working and is currently still not working. Iphone 14 pro max. Just like everything else brrf does - CRAP

The app won’t even open! It tells some people they are running the old version but when they update it it still doesn’t work! My app just shows the opening screen and doesn’t go past that! Blue ridge rock festival needs to get their stuff together. Making people pay tons of money for a festival that they weren’t even prepared for! Why have an app if it doesn’t even work?

Too many people to use on site
When you really need it, you can’t use the app because the event has too many people trying to use it at once and not enough bandwidth to support its use.
Less than adequate
App rarely opens, updates come late, and now it says I’m using the old version? Seriously?
Not working
It was working fine when i first downloaded it. Now it just sits at the BRRF logo at the beginning and I’ve sat here for 30 minutes trying to get it to work.

The app will not load, I have deleted and reinstalled it. Still same result. I continue to receive push notifications to check the app and it still will not load up.

Terrible experience
I had the unfortunate experience of using the Blue Ridge Rock Festival app, and it was an absolute disaster. First off, it was incredibly slow and frequently crashed, making it nearly impossible to access essential information about the festival. The layout was confusing, with important details buried under layers of poorly organized menus.
The app promised a seamless experience for festival-goers, but it delivered nothing but frustration. I couldn't even reliably check the lineup or schedule, which is kind of the point of having a festival app in the first place. It was a constant source of irritation throughout the entire event.
Additionally, the app's lack of responsiveness to user feedback was astounding. It seems like they couldn't care less about improving the user experience. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this app at all costs if you plan on attending the Blue Ridge Rock Festival

DO NOT GO TO THIS FESTIVAL
Worst festival ever. They should not be in business. Trust me it is a disaster. The shuttle buses alone is absolutely the worst. Plan on waiting hours for everything. Don’t go!!! Find another festival!!!
No Offlined Maps... Really?
Why would you have a festival app that doesn't contain the festival map automatically downloaded. The app will barely work with the spoty signal at the venue.

The app does not work offline as promised! It does store the data in app of opened while with internet access, but if the app is closed accidentally, it cannot be opened back up without wifi or cellular.
The schedule layout is not very convenient to use. It’s be easier if it was displayed all at one time per day, scrolling does not help to determine what overlaps with what and which stage has what artists.

Won’t load
I’ve deleted and reinstalled that app many times as well as restarting my phone and the app just seems to be stuck on the black main page with the logo on it.
