SMS is not working

I’m trying to register, but I’m not receiving the 2FA SMS verification code. I’ve tested multiple phone numbers from both UK and Ukrainian providers, and none of them are receiving the SMS messages.
This appears to be a significant issue, as it prevents users from completing registration. You may be losing a considerable number of potential customers and revenue if this problem is not addressed promptly.

Service is good, app & ETA’s are bad
App is extremely bad. Requested a car, ETA shown 8 mins, and it’s been 15 and the car is not here and not showing signs that is getting closer. Should of taken the bus, cheaper and faster.
