AM I ON THE WRONG APP
HOW IN THE WORLD DO I FRIEND SOMONE. NOT SAYING I HATE IT BUT IM GIVING IT 1 STAR FOR NOW INTIL IT CAN BE USEFUL
Struggling with this app
It has promise but I’m at a conference right now sitting next to people on Blue and it is not connecting me. Features are breaking and it says my data is not secure. Promising idea big needs lots of work.
No Longer a Viable Option
I have been using Blue for some time and would give it 5 stars. However, as of this past week it is no longer a viable option. I re-subscribe to pro (after going back to basic a few years ago). I was unable to access the Pro features for 4 days. It took 3 emails and finally a tag on X to get a response.
They fixed the pro issues but now it is not functional as a whole for me. When I make changes on the business profile (caption, bio, etc) it reverts back to the personal information as soon as I close the app and re-open.
When I change the caption on either profile, it changes it in the other.
Lastly, I am unable to sort any of my links. No matter how I drag and place them, they reset to the default (social links above contact link). There is no way for me to prioritize my links in either profile.
Sent three more emails and no responses. I believe that is a sign to look at other solutions. It is a shame because I really liked the product when it was working.
