Unexpectedly charged my card

I got this app after getting tired of inputting all of my info each time to book an appointment on the website. I used the app to book an appointment and selected "Pay in Store" even though you use a card to hold your spot... to my surprise, I was already charged by the system when I checked out, instead of using the payment method I wanted. I'll go back to booking on the website and just keep reentering my info since there's no apparent account login. The previous Phorest system Blue Star used was much better for the end user.
